شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع:

نظرًا لطبيعة منتجاتنا والمعايير الصارمة التي نلتزم بها فيما يتعلق بالجودة والسلامة، نعتذر عن قبول أو معالجة طلبات الاستبدال والاسترجاع للمنتجات ما لم تتوافر الحالات التالية

منتج تالف أو خاطئ: إذا تلقيتم منتجًا تالفًا أو غير صحيح بسبب أخطاء في الشحن أو التصنيع، يُرجى الاتصال بنا في أقرب وقت ممكن لترتيب استبدال المنتج أو استرداد المبلغ خلال 3 ايام من استلام المنتج
المنتج غير متوفر: إذا لم يكن المنتج المطلوب متوفرًا في المخزون وتمت معالجة الدفعة المالية، سيتم إعادة مبلغ المنتج بالكامل إلى العميل.

نحن نعتذر عن عدم قبول طلبات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع لأسباب أخرى غير مذكورة أعلاه. نحن نقدر تفهمكم وتعاونكم في تنفيذ هذه السياسة ونتطلع إلى خدمتكم بكل استفساراتكم واحتياجاتكم الأخرى.

Exchange and Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our products and the strict quality and safety standards we adhere to, we apologize for not accepting or processing requests for product exchanges or returns unless the following cases apply:

Defective or Incorrect Product: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product due to shipping or manufacturing errors, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a product replacement or refund within 3 days of receiving the product.
Product Unavailability: If the desired product is not available in stock and the financial transaction has been processed, the full product amount will be refunded to the customer.
